Second Early Bird Winner in Belleville General Hospital Foundation’s 2024 Camp4Cancer Lottery announced.
Belleville General Hospital Foundation is delighted to announce Ed Norman of Belleville, Ontario is the winner of the $1000 Second Early Bird Prize in the 2024 Camp4Cancer Lottery, with ticket number 3005.
Already 55% sold, the 2024 Camp4Cancer lottery returns with local partner Carl Cox RV. Those who purchased their Camp4Cancer tickets by 11:59pm on Sunday, March 10, are eligible for the second and third Early Bird Draws as well as the Grand Prize – a brand new Salem Cruise Lite RV, valued at over $45,000.
When reached with the good news, Ed said “It had been a while since I last bought a ticket to a BGHF lotto, but I was encouraged to get involved again after having a recent experience at BGH and seeing the need to support the hospital for myself. Boy, am I glad I bought a ticket!”
The Dr. Douglas A. MacIntosh Cancer Clinic at Quinte Health, Belleville General Hospital, provides lifesaving treatment across the entire Quinte Health catchment. With one in two Canadians diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, improving survival rates, population growth and an aging demographic means ever increasing numbers of Ontarian’s will be living with Cancer into the future.
With every Camp4Cancer lottery ticket sold, someone gets a chance to win the amazing Salem Cruise Lite RV Grand Prize, while also funding the purchase of essential equipment and drugs for cancer patients undergoing treatment at the Dr Douglas A MacIntosh Cancer Clinic at Quinte Health, Belleville General Hospital.

It’s not too late! Purchase your ticket by Sunday, March 24th at 11:59pm to be included in the final Camp4Cancer Early Bird Draw of $1000 as well as the Grand Prize Salem Cruise Lite. Tickets can be purchased online at www.camp4cancer.ca. In person ticket sales are available at BGHF and at Carl Cox RV. Returning partners Maple Dale Cheese in Plainfield and Wilson’s Specialized Tune-up in Belleville also have tickets available. Tickets are $25 each, or 5 for $100 or 15 for $250. The grand prize draw will take place on Wednesday April 10 at 10:00am at Carl Cox RV 4091 Old Hwy 2.
