Foundation Hosts Staff Appreciation Pizza Party for BGH Staff

The Belleville General Hospital Foundation kicked off their 2026 “I’m In” Staff Campaign on March 3, with a Staff Appreciation Pizza Party event. Attendees enjoyed a free lunch, games and prizes and had the chance to chat with BGHF staff about the 2026 I’M IN Staff Giving Campaign, while checking out this year’s fabulous swag. Our generous I’M IN Campaign sponsor, CINTAS also joined us to share more about their company, and had some pretty nifty swag to give out as well. A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out. The energy, enthusiasm, and support of our hospital staff is amazing and deserves to be celebrated.

We encourage BGH staff who aren’t yet participating, to please consider signing up to support our workplace giving program. Details and an online donation form can be found here: https://bghf.ca/im-in. The I’M IN Swag can then be picked up at the BGH Foundation Office on Sills 2, during regular business hours.

For those of you who may be new and unfamiliar with this workplace giving initiative, here’s how it works. Every year the Belleville General Hospital Foundation asks BGH staff and physicians to contribute to better health care, through the I’M IN Staff Giving Campaign. Staff can choose to say I’M IN at various giving levels, and receive branded swag for that level in return.

Giving is done through either a one-time donation, or through weekly payroll deductions which generates charitable tax deduction information on staff T4 slips. Staff can even designate their donation to go directly to their department when they sign up. The 2026 “I’M IN” Staff Campaign offers all staff the opportunity to make a significant contribution to equipment purchases at BGH. This will ensure that you and your colleagues have the best tools for providing exceptional care.
