Freedom Ride For Health has a new name and a new look for 2022!
Gear Up For Health is still an inclusive family friendly bike ride throughout Prince Edward County on August 20th, 2022!

 The goal of the ride is to encourage exercise while raising urgently needed funds to help purchase priority medical equipment for Quinte Health Care Belleville General Hospital.
Challenge yourself on and off the bike by sharing your commitment to support BGHF and raise more funds.  Every participant who registers will receive their own fundraising page to edit and share with their family, friends, colleagues as well as on social media.

There are different rides to suit everyone’s skill level.
There will be a 16 km, 45 km and 70 km ride.
Ride routes have been custom designed for their interest level, scenery and low vehicle traffic with longer rides being led by an experienced cyclist.

All rides will start and end at the Rossmore Plaza!  After the ride, registrants will be treated to a BBQ hosted by Gilmour’s Meat Shop & Deli!

Registration will be $50 per person
Family Ride is $120 for a family of four (Two Adults, Two Children under 16)

Online Registration closes at midnight on August 18th, 2022

Rossmore Plaza – 5503 Hwy 62 S (By Gilmour’s Meat Shop)
70 km Ride starts at 8:30 am
45 km Ride starts at 9:30 am
16 km  Ride starts at 10:30 am
Family Ride will follow the 16 km route
