Tyler Fenton is a Senior Project Manager with Bel-Con Design-Builders Ltd, a respected construction firm and valued supporter of Belleville General Hospital. Born and raised in Belleville, Tyler is deeply committed to giving back to the community that shaped him and is proud to support initiatives that strengthen local healthcare.

In his role at Bel-Con Design-Builders Ltd, Tyler leads complex commercial and institutional projects from planning through completion. He brings strong expertise in financial oversight, risk management, strategic execution, and stakeholder coordination. Tyler also serves on the City of Belleville’s Special Advisory Committee, contributing to thoughtful municipal dialogue and long-term community planning.

Tyler brings a practical, solutions-oriented governance perspective to the Foundation’s Board. His disciplined approach to financial accountability, experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, and strong connections within the local business community add meaningful depth to the Board’s collective expertise.
