Kim Bishop

Kim has always been very active in local healthcare. She was a Property Manager and Administrator at Bancroft Health Care Centre for 30 years and Office Manager and Administrator of Bishop Dental Corp. for 40 years.

She has been a long time community advocate for excellent health care close to home.

Kim consulted and/or Chaired several capital fund raising campaigns for the North Hastings hospital including the construction of a new hospital, dialysis clinic, digital x-ray and annual medical equipment purchases. At present Chair of the Back the Cat – CT Campaign. Currently, Kim is also VP of Bancroft and Community Family Health Team, Board Member of Quinte Health Care/Belleville General Hospital Foundation and Chair of Quinte Health North Hastings Hospital Foundation. Kim was appointed in 2021 as a public member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario and remains on this Board.

Kim is also a Board Member of Highlands Opera Studio.
