Heather Smith

Heather has been a professional fundraiser, working in the health care sector, for almost 25 years. Throughout her career she held leadership positions in the sectors professional associations, including the Canadian Association of Fundraising Professionals (CAGP) and Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She held her CFRE, professional fundraising designation, until her retirement in 2018. Heather has been an active life-long volunteer with community organizations in Sudbury, Kingston, Ottawa and Belleville including the YMCA, RKY Camp, Ride for Dad and Inn from the Cold.
