Canveet Randhawa

Canveet Randhawa is a Belleville-based entrepreneur and business leader with more than two decades of deep roots in the community. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from top Canadian universities, bringing a strong foundation in business strategy, governance, and financial oversight. Providing him with a disciplined foundation in strategic leadership and financial management.

As the Co-Founder & Director of Arabella Retirement Living, Canveet has successfully developed and scaled a premier independent living community serving 135 residents. Throughout his career, he has built and operated multiple businesses in the region, demonstrating disciplined execution, operational excellence, and a long-term growth mindset. With plans to expand the Arabella brand and advance additional commercial developments locally, he remains firmly invested in Belleville’s continued economic and community development.

A first-generation Canadian raised by hardworking immigrant parents, Canveet is guided by values of accountability, gratitude, and service. He is committed to applying his leadership experience and community relationships to strengthen the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and ensure exceptional healthcare remains accessible for generations to come.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Canveet is a certified scuba diver, enjoys golf, travelling and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
