Donors Come Through for a Special Purchase

Rescusitator

A resuscitator is needed at every birth; they provide the light nurses need and the warmth the baby needs while being dried off and swaddled in blankets to give to parents. The resuscitator also provides potentially lifesaving oxygen for babies that need assistance with breathing and suction for excess secretions that sometimes interfere with the baby’s breathing.

A number of donors recently responded to a special appeal for two resuscitators that cost $36,000 each.
